Families Only Please! 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Condo. Two blocks to beach and boards, you are close enough to the action, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet North Wildwood has to offer. The Condo offers two decks for your relaxation. One located on the first floor and the other on the third. This house is equiped with central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs on each of the three floors. There is a large TV and DVD in livingroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided; please bring your own linens and towels. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, large closet, and private bath with tub/shower. The second floor also has a bedroom perfect for kids. It contains a bunk bed, twin day bed and includes pack and play. This room also has its own bathroom with shower and plenty of toys to keep the young ones occupied. On the third floor are the third and fourth bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a trundle bed (twin below/twin on top). The fourth bedroom has a full bed. Each bedroom on the third floor has a sliding glass door which leads out to an adjoining deck. The one car garage can fit a mid size car. There is a driveway which is shared by all of the units. Please note this is to be used for loading and unloading only. Rentals available year round. No pets, and no smoking, please. Also, please note entrance to condo unit is on the side of the building.
